In Delft schieten de hotspots als paddenstoelen uit de grond! Super leuk om zo dichtbij deze leuke stad te wonen. Genoeg keuze voor een ontbijt, koffietje of lunchdate. Afgelopen week was ik bij bistro Hummus. De eigenaresse opende vorige jaar ook al een biologische deli, the living, waar ik geregeld te vinden ben voor de fantastische brownies! Na dit succes was ik behoorlijk benieuwd naar wat Hummus zoal te bieden heeft.

Al buiten wordt ik verrast door een roze velvet bank! Wat een eyecatcher zeg, leuk hoe het zuurstokroze gecombineerd is met zwart, wit, marmer en grafische patronen. Het maakt het interieur wat zachter, erg tof gedaan!

Vlees staat niet op de kaart bij Hummus, maar geloof me dat mis je totaal niet! Op het menu staat een vega shoarma welke volgens mijn buurman van het tafeltje naast me niet van echt te onderscheiden is!
