4# Achterhoekse vondsten
Achterhoekse vondsten, vintage, antiek, sommige zullen het rommel vinden. Ik heb in ieder geval genoten van het struinen door de schuren en loodsen in de Achterhoek!
Tot een paar jaar geleden waren er hele straten vol met dit soort zaken, maar het is niet meer, de vraag en ook het aanbod van antiek loopt terug en veel winkeliers zien de verkoopcijfers dalen. Helaas zorgt dit voor straten vol met leegstand en vervallen panden.
Gelukkig kregen wij bij de eerst antiekshop een lijst met de toppers in de buurt en beleefde wij een fantastische dag, tussen de troep ja!
De kunst is om de krenten uit de pap te halen, in alle hoekjes te snuffelen onder een laagje stof een mooi stuk te ontdekken en dit een tweede leven te geven.
Blanco ging ik de winkels in, als ik een plan maak en specifiek naar iets ga zoeken wordt dit meestal niets en nu stonden alle zintuigen op scherp.
Als eerste liep ik tegen de houten hand aan, welke prachtig als set te koop stond in deze authentieke stolp. Liefde! Is dit de houten hand van Hay? Hier in de Achterhoek.. Voor een spotprijs! Zie je de voetjes van de stolp, die fijne details doen het hem.
Als een kind zo blij, dit moest wel mijn geluksdag zijn. Benieuwd wat ik nog meer zou ontdekken!
Mijn tweede vondst was dit grappige tegeltje. Hij had een kleine opknapbeurt nodig, maar kijk hem nu eens pronken.
Waarschijnlijk liep ik er die dag bij als een blij ei, want de tante van mijn vriend kwam nog aan met dit familie stuk. Iets van een geel vaasje wat mijn schoonvader doopte met de naam gebakken ei. Het idee dat deze vroeger bij oma stond vind ik leuk, en met de okergele bloempot krijgt hij een geschikt plekje op het dressoir. Ik hou erg van de combinatie van het vergrijsde blauw met het warme rood in het hout. Mijn woonstijl beschrijf ik als scandinavisch met een vintage twist, die vintage twist begint nu steeds meer vormen aan te nemen, gelukkig! Want dit geeft een huis karakter. Het oude gecombineerd met de strakke lijnen van het Noorden.
Zoals je ziet op onderstaande foto wordt het nu tijd voor nieuwe kussentjes. Geel ligt iets voor de hand, en met de pasen zo dichtbij ..ik weet het nog niet. Wellicht wat meer zwart, Ik ben er nog niet uit. Tips zijn welkom!
